If for any reason you wish to return your ramp simply call us Toll Free at 1-866-DOG-RAMP for your Return Authorization Number. We will credit you for the full purchase price of the ramp. No shipping charges are refunded. More than 99% of our ramps are successfully used. If you are one of the small number of pet owners who are unpleased, you are obligated to pay only shipping charges. Your ramp also comes with a 1 year guarantee against any manufacturing defects.

This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage, and damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence to this product.

When you make a purchase at Dogramp.Com you will receive (2) e-mails. The first will be a confirmation of your order.
The second e-mail will include your FedEx Tracking number and will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

Damaged Merchandise

If you receive damaged merchandise delivered by FedEx Ground please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to request a damage report. We will replace the merchandise as soon as we receive a verification-damaged report from the carrier.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return the unused product within 30 days for a full merchandise refund. Shipping and handling fee’s are not refundable.
