More than 99% of our ramps are successfully used. If you are one of the small numbers of pet owners who are unpleased, you may return the ramp within 30 days of purchase for any reason. A 20% restocking fee will apply and no shipping charges are refunded.
If for any reason you wish to return your ramp simply call us Toll Free at 1-866-DOG-RAMP for your Return Authorization Number. Please place the Return Authorization number given on the return/exchange form included with your original shipment and on the outside of the shipping carton. Cartons not clearly showing this number will be refused.
Ramp must be returned in New Unused condition. Ramps displaying excessive wear or use may not be eligible for a refund or additional fees may apply.

DogRamp.Com, Inc. guarantees all models for 1 year (12 months) from the date of purchase. DogRamp.Com, Inc. guarantees the workmanship and all claims made in the advertising of any model. Within this 1 year period DogRamp.Com, Inc. will replace or repair any ramp which proves to be defective. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
This guarantee does not cover cosmetic damage, and damage due to acts of God, accident, misuse, abuse or negligence to this product.

Delivery Information
All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Express services & rates can be obtained by calling 1-866-DOG-RAMP. Orders received by 3 PM (EST) are typically shipped the next business day. Reference the FedEx Ground service chart below for estimated delivery. |

Order Confirmation and Tracking
When you make a purchase at Dogramp.Com you will receive (2) e-mails. The first will be a confirmation of your order.
The second e-mail will include your FedEx Tracking number and will be sent to you after your order has been shipped.

Order Cancellation Policy
Cancelled orders that have been charged and not shipped will have a $10 processing fee.
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped, and must be returned by following our return policy listed above.
Re-stocking fees will apply.
Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise delivered by FedEx Ground please call 1-800-GO-FEDEX to request a damage report.
We will replace the merchandise as soon as we receive a verification-damaged report from the carrier.
